Keep one canonical program page with audience-specific next steps. Keep one shared resource/event library with audience and topic filters rather than duplicating content. Existing public forms may be linked; building new application or portal workflows belongs to a separate phase.
Content decisions for review
- Foster Achievement Network (FAN): The existing menu link leads to a missing page. Confirm the program’s current status and where its content should appear.
- Springboard to Adulthood: still described in founder content and a form, but absent from the main program menu. Confirm whether active, archived or renamed. Confirm its relationship to FAN before consolidating content.
- Special Families: navigation uses “Special Needs”; page says launching and references spring 2025, mixes Springboard headings and conflicting contacts. Confirm canonical name, status and contacts.
- Confirm eligibility, costs, timelines, hours, statistics, public media library, and which content should be kept, updated or archived.
- Preserve existing URLs where practical and produce a redirect map for any moves.
